7 Easy Steps to Getting Started with the Summer 2012 Get Fit Challenge
1. Set your goals As we pass through the chaotic days, weeks, months and years, the "to do" list somehow takes over the New Year's resolutions and regular goal planning and setting that is so important for our lives.
Set your goals. Think of the different aspects of your life that are prominent, or parts of your life you want to make more prominent.

With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it is easy to loose sight of the elements that keep you grounded. We have all been in a crunch and found ourselves running to drive-through for dinner, or giving up the 30 minute walk because it means an extra 30 minutes in bed. But here's the catch--when you do this, and let it become a habit, an overall deterioration will occur of: your mind, your body, your whole being. In other words, a whole bunch of mess! So when you are making that last-minute decision, think about what you are willing to sacrifice, a couple of extra minutes here and there, or your life? |

Welcome to the new Synergy Therapy Center Blog-Site! 2010 was a busy year for us and we are excited to move into 2011 with a fresh start. You will begin to see our continued evolution this year not only on our blog-site and website, but also in our building and the services we provide.
Because we care about you, the members of Synergy Therapy Center, we are happy to share that we are giving ourselves meaningful updates that both embrace our overall goal of helping individuals better themselves: body, mind and soul, but also that reflects our evolving ability to serve and connect with our members in meaningful ways, while continuing to represent the quality, integrity, genuineness, and consistency of our Synergistic experiences. |
